An established raw materials company requires the above to assist with general administrative and basic accounting functions.

Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Previous Accounting experience at school would be preferred.
    • The candidate should be fluent in Afrikaans.
    • Good written and verbal communication and organisational skills are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating all supplier, customer and production sheet documentations and ensuring that all documentations are received, processed and filed correctly on a daily basis.
    • Managing the Cleaner and ensuring that the office is clean.
    • Procuring office supplies when needed to do so.
    • Checking and filling all COA’s received with raw materials to ensure that the correct batch paperwork is received.
    • Acting as a contact person for customers and suppliers.
    • Ensuring that all paperwork is up to date before performing a stock take.
    • Preparing stock take sheets and compiling the sheets in Excel with the results.
    • Acting as a Lab Assistant when required to assist with sample making for customers or trial formulations when possible.
    • Inspecting vehicles monthly and ensuring that issues are documented, reported to management and filed in the vehicle file.
    • Compiling the raw material price list.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable based on experience gained.
