Job description


  • Monitors the status of incoming supplies
  • ICO requirements: shipping documentation from supplier, goods received note, supplier invoice, certification from supplier, export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, F178, NEP), signed proof of delivery, signed certificates to customer
  • Complete and sign off ICO packs
  • Invoicing requirements: invoice customer for freight/clearing charges/imports or exports, charge customers for ROE adjustments/deviations
  • Complete all invoicing and handle all invoice queries
  • Credit notes
  • Executes additional administration tasks at the request of the logistics manager
  • Provides good status reports
  • Complete all Redisa submissions

  • Working knowledge of logistics software, databases and tools
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications

  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
