As a Recruiter at Listid, you will be responsible for all your client's recruitment needs for sourcing candidates to on-boarding the candidate as per the client's needs and process defined when you accept a project. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best candidates while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Shortlisting:

Posting jobs on job board and social media

Request all relevant docs needed

Add all docs to Clients Drive

Vet candidate

Recruiting:

Communicate with all candidates remotely 

Explain client process + job details

Schedule training

On-boarding candidates

Update clients  pipeline

Send daily report

Requirements:

Own personal working Laptop

WIFI at home

Knowledge of Google Drive/sheets

Smart Phone - Access to Whatsapp

Experience in Recruiting/ Diploma in HR is an advantage

Organisation skills

Very tech-savvy - fast learner

Desire to help people

Adaptable to change
